We require confirmation that residential recipients are available to receive their gift basket on the requested delivery date.  If a gift basket is returned to us as undeliverable, we in turn must charge for a second delivery attempt.

Cut-off time for same day shipping is 10:00 AM Pacific Standard Time.

Next Day delivery time is one business day, if your gift is shipped to a Lower Mainland location (see exceptions below) today it will arrive tomorrow.  For destinations outside the Lower Mainland please refer to Fedex Ground Service Map below.

All Regional and National deliveries to other regions of British Columbia and the rest of Canada are sent via FedEx Ground. The rates are determined by the cubic measurement of the package and the location of where it is destined.

In the event that no one is home when a residential delivery attempt is made by Fedex Ground a notice will be left.  Fedex will attempt two deliveries and if unsuccessful the package will be returned to Wickerwerx.  Additional shipping charges will apply should a redelivery be scheduled.

If the shipping address provided by the Customer is incomplete or the recipient has moved and the gift requires redirection, additional shipping charges will apply.

We are not offering Saturday and Sunday deliveries at this time.

Due to regulations set forth by the US FDA, we are now only able to ship baskets from our Baby and Spa lines to the U.S.A. Please contact us for shipping rates.

If you would like a shipping quote to a destination outside of Vancouver's Lower Mainland, please e-mail us at info@wickerwerx.com with the design you are interested in, as well as the recipient's postal code.
