Please note we no longer offer telephone support via Reception during the regular season as the bulk of our orders are received online. Reception services will be available during the busy Holiday Season in November and December.

All email inquiries are answered as soon as possible, usually within one hour.
Method of Payment

We are happy to accept MasterCard, VISA and American Express. You may also mail your payment to us in the form of a cheque, money order or bank draft. Once we receive your payment your gift will ship. (Please note that gifts paid for by personal cheque, will be held until the cheque clears).  We also offer Corporate accounts, (O.A.C). and special rates for businesses.

5% GST, will be added to all gifts
7% PST, will be added to Spa and Baby gifts in addition to GST

At times we may have to substitute items within one of our gift baskets to ensure freshness and timely delivery. We will always use a substitute of equal or greater value when we do find it necessary to make a substitution.

We do our best to ensure our gifts are perfectly packaged, please contact us at if there is any problem at all with any of of our products.

For larger quantities, please place orders early to allow proper and efficient packaging of your purchase.

The BC Liquor Control Act states that all recipients of wine and spirits must be over the age of 19. As we are not permitted to store any alcohol on the premises, we are happy to purchase liquor on your behalf. Liquor prices will be charged at liquor store pricing

All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars. Prices are net of taxes and delivery.

All gifts are shipped gift-wrapped.

We regret we will have to charge a $10.00 correction charge if a bad address or postal code is supplied.
